IGRC Square
Cybersecurity across Egypt and Saudi Arabia. I designed and built the whole site in Framer, so a technical service reads as something a board can trust.

Madmoon
Fintech, Egypt. An escrow app for buying and selling online, designed around one question: can I trust the other side?
RAQI
Fashion retail, Cairo. A Shopify store built from zero: product pages, payments, shipping. [The problem it solved.]
Dermazone
Health and beauty. Product design, website and design system, built around the path to purchase.
SUMMIT by ACTS
Events and education. Information architecture, UX, copy and UI across several platforms.
Healthera
[Sector]. [Scope in one line.]

Clients.

Finding the leak.
The last step is where checkouts lose people.
Stop asking for the signup before the value.
What a pricing page is actually for.
The empty state is the first real screen.
Running a studio in public: month one.
About me.
Design has to earn its keep.

Growth Designer. Founder.
I kept watching founders pay for design that looked good and did nothing. Nice screens. Launch day. Then the numbers stayed flat.
So I treat every screen as a business decision. Where does someone hesitate. What are we asking before we've given anything. Which step costs the most people.
I run NTFLOW from Cairo. I've spent [X] years shipping [X] products for founders in [markets], and I build in public, so the misses show up here too.
