The problem
People in Saudi Arabia were juggling separate apps to discover restaurants, book tables and order food. Each one did part of the job, and none of them did it well.
- Too few options, too many steps. Finding a place and reserving it took more effort than it should.
- Nothing personal. Recommendations ignored taste and dietary needs.
- Unreliable delivery. Orders were hard to place and harder to predict.
What I did
I designed Geet for iOS and Android, from wireframes and prototypes to the final screens.
- Search that narrows fast. Filter by cuisine, area, budget and dietary needs.
- Recommendations that learn. Suggestions based on what you actually order.
- One ordering flow. Delivery and reservations share the same simple path.
- Live tracking and reviews. You know where your order is and what other people thought.
What I learned
Fix the biggest frustration first. Keep the flow simple, because simple is what keeps people coming back. Then test and iterate, because the first version is never the right one.
